Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n

To make a reservation, guests must make an advance payment of 50 Eur (for two or more days in the amount of 70 Eur from the full price of the service (according to the invoice). The reservation is guaranteed from the moment the reservation deposit is received. Payment for the issued invoice within 24 hours of dispatch moment. When making a reservation, the guest confirms that he has familiarized himself with the internal rules of the Nature Studio Tei\u010di and undertakes to comply with them.<\/p>\n

Loud behavior and music are prohibited for guests from pl 22:00 to 8:00. Also in rural areas there are neighbors near and far, whose peace is important. Failure to comply with this rule may result in being asked to leave the house immediately and report disturbing the peace to the municipal police.<\/p>\n

Damages<\/strong><\/p>\n

If damage is found in the premises or territory of the house after the visit of the guests, the damage must be covered by the guests. A damage estimate and invoice will be drawn up, which must be paid within 7 days of receipt.<\/p>\n

Cancellatio<\/strong>n<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reservation can be canceled up to 14 days before the reserved date (a 25 euro administration fee is charged). If canceled after this period, the payment made in the amount of 50% of the full amount of the service is lost. If canceled later than seven days before arrival, the deposit is not returned and the reservation dates are not changed.<\/p>\n

Smoking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Smoking is not allowed in the premises of the holiday home and on the terrace. Smoking outside the house is allowed. It is allowed to throw cigarette butts only in a specially designed ashtray. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground or smoking indoors may result in a fine.<\/p>\n

Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pets must be arranged in advance. Dogs that do not weigh more than 6 kg and are older than puppy and junior age are allowed.<\/p>\n

Photo sessions and filming<\/strong><\/p>\n

The use of the holiday home and territory for commercial photo sessions and filming must be coordinated with the administration. It is forbidden to distribute publicly erotic content or other types of material that may discredit the image of the holiday home.<\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Fire safety<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is forbidden to bring and store non-flammable materials and use devices with an open flame. It is allowed to burn candles only in candlesticks and placing them in stable and safe places, without leaving them unattended.<\/p>\n

In case of fire, call the rescue service (112), if necessary, use the fire extinguishers available in the house (at the entrance door).<\/p>\n

Before using the grill, move it to a safe distance from the house and be careful. It is forbidden to light the grill on the terrace.<\/p>\n

Safety rules<\/strong><\/p>\n

Care should be taken when lighting the fireplace, wood should be added in moderate quantities, the mouth of the fireplace should not be loaded with it, the chimney shutter should be in an open (vertical) position. The glass door of the fireplace gets hot, it is not shockproof, keep children away from it and ignition materials.<\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for all damages caused to the accommodation and its inventory, covering the losses if they are caused by the customer's actions. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately report to the administration about damaged items or accidents.<\/p>\n

For the safety of guests, video surveillance is carried out in the territory.<\/p>\n

Using the jacuzzi bath<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before using the SPA bath, you must rinse thoroughly in the shower. Do not bring food or drinks into the bath. Do not add oils, foam or any other agent to the water. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a bill for cleaning the bath and changing the water and other work that includes cleaning the bath.<\/p>\n
