House rules

So that a stay at Nature Studio «Teiči» is pleasant for everyone, please take a moment to read the house rules. By making a booking, the guest confirms that they have read them and undertake to follow them.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in — from 16:00.
Check-out — by 12:00.

Bookings

To make a booking, guests must pay a deposit of 50 EUR for each night. The booking is guaranteed from the moment the deposit is received.
The invoice must be paid within 24 hours of it being sent.

Staying with us

Only the number of people stated in the booking may stay at Nature Studio «Teiči» and on its grounds. Visitors who are not staying are not permitted in the house or on the grounds. If these rules are broken, we may ask you to leave immediately.
Loud behaviour and music are not permitted between 22:00 and 08:00. Even in the countryside there are neighbours nearer and further away whose peace matters. If this rule is not observed, guests may be asked to leave immediately and the disturbance may be reported to the municipal police.

Damage

If damage is found in the house or on the grounds after a stay, the guests must cover the loss. An estimate and an invoice will be drawn up, payable within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellations

A booking may be cancelled or its dates changed no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the booked arrival date. In that case a 30.00 EUR administration fee applies.
If a booking is cancelled or its dates changed later than 14 (fourteen) days before the arrival date, the deposit is not refunded.
If the booking was made using a gift card and the guest does not arrive on the booked date or cancels later than 14 (fourteen) days before arrival, the gift card is considered fully used and its entire value is forfeited.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the terrace. Smoking is allowed outside, by the house.
Cigarette ends may only be disposed of in the ashtray provided. Throwing them on the ground or smoking indoors may incur a penalty.

Pets

Bringing a pet must be agreed in advance. Dogs weighing no more than 6 kg and past puppy and junior age are permitted.

Photo and film shoots

Commercial photo and film shoots using the house and grounds must be agreed with the management.
Publicly distributing erotic material, or any other material that could discredit the image of the house, is prohibited.

Fire safety

Bringing in or storing flammable materials and using devices with an open flame is prohibited.
Candles may only be burned in candleholders, placed in stable and safe positions and never left unattended.
In case of fire, call the emergency service (112); if necessary use the fire extinguishers available in the house (by the entrance door).
Before using the grill, move it a safe distance from the house and take care. Grilling on the terrace is prohibited.

Safety

Take care when lighting the fireplace: add wood in moderate amounts, do not fill the firebox completely, and keep the chimney damper in the open (vertical) position.
The glass doors of the fireplace get hot and are not impact-resistant — keep children away from them and from the fire-lighting materials.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation and its contents and must cover the loss if it results from their actions. The guest must report damaged items or any incident to the management immediately.
For guest safety, the grounds are under video surveillance.

Using the hot tub

Shower thoroughly before using the spa tub.
Do not bring food or drink into the tub.
Oils, foams or any other products must not be added to the water. Failure to observe this may result in an invoice for cleaning the tub, changing the water and any other work needed to restore it.
