Frequently asked questions about booking
How large is the deposit and when is it due?
The deposit is 50 € per night. The invoice is payable within 24 hours of being sent, and the booking is guaranteed from the moment the payment arrives.
Can a booking be cancelled or moved?
A booking can be cancelled or the date changed no later than 14 days before arrival — a 30 € administration fee applies. For later cancellations the payment is not refunded.
What happens if the booking was made with a gift card?
If the guest does not arrive on the booked date, or cancels later than 14 days before arrival, the gift card is treated as fully redeemed.
Do prices differ on public holidays?
The nightly rate may differ on holidays. The calendar always shows the current rate for the dates you select, and the total is visible before you send the request.
