Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how your personal data is processed on the website studijateici.lv of the «Teiči» nature studio. We process only the data needed to handle bookings and requests, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
1. Controller
The controller of personal data processing is SIA «LĒMAN», registration No. 40103286935, registered address: «Odumiņi», Varakļānu pag., Madonas nov., LV-4837.

2. What data we process
- Booking request: name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number, chosen dates, number of guests (including children's age groups), information about pets and the sauna choice, and your notes.
- Gift card request: your name, e-mail address, phone number, the gift card recipient's name, the chosen amount, and your notes.
- Correspondence: if you contact us by e-mail or phone — the content of the correspondence or conversation.
3. Purposes and legal basis for processing
- Preparing and fulfilling the booking — to conclude and perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Issuing invoices and accounting — to comply with a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
- Communication about your request and ensuring compliance with the house rules — for the controller's legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We ask for the date of birth to confirm that the booking is made by a person of legal age and for guest-record purposes.
4. How long data is stored
- Booking and gift card data — for as long as needed to provide the service and to resolve any disputes.
- Accounting supporting documents — for the periods laid down in law.
- Requests that do not result in a booking are deleted within a reasonable period.
5. To whom data may be disclosed
- The website and e-mail hosting service provider, acting as a data processor.
- State authorities in the cases laid down in law.
Data is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes, nor is it transferred outside the EU/EEA.
6. Cookies
The website uses only the cookies necessary for its operation: a session cookie in the administration section and a temporary preview cookie during site development. If visit statistics are added, analytics cookies are also used, and this policy is updated accordingly.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to info@studijateici.lv.
If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).

We may update this policy from time to time — the current version is always available on this page. In force from July 2026.
